OUR MISSION:

MakeVisible is dedicated to being an educational organization promoting conservation, preservation and restoration through art, art education and art exhibitions. MakeVisible supports educational art exhibits focusing on the core concepts of conserve/preserve/restore.

MakeVisible is a registered 501c3 non profit organization.


TAIJI TERASAKI

Founder

Taiji Terasaki is an artist, activist and philanthropist based in Honolulu, Hawaii. Involved in numerous art endeavors, Terasaki served on the board of directors for the Honolulu Museum of Art for many years and currently serves on the board of directors for the Honolulu Biennial Foundation, and a board member for the LA-based Terasaki Family Foundation. He is also the Board President of the Taiji and Naoko Terasaki Family Foundation, and Board President of Art Explorium, a beloved nonprofit arts foundation for children that he co-founded with his wife Naoko and family friends Nate and Heather Smith. Terasaki founded MakeVisible in 2021.
